A clear route from first conversation to submission
Six stages. At every one you should know what is happening, what is expected of you, and what we are responsible for. If that ever stops being true, tell us and we will fix it.
On timing: how long this takes depends on the application cycle you are targeting, how many programmes you apply to, and how quickly documents and references come together. Universities set their own deadlines and decision timelines, and neither we nor you control them. We plan backwards from published deadlines and build in margin.

Initial consultation
An introductory conversation covering your academic background, the level you are applying at, what you want from studying abroad, your timing, and any constraints that matter. We explain how we work, what our services cover, and what they cost.
This is also where we tell you honestly whether we are useful to you. If your plans are already well developed, or if what you need is outside our scope, we will say so.
You: describe your situation and ask whatever you need to. Us: listen, explain our scope and fees, and give an honest view on fit. -
Profile & goal review
A closer look at your academic record — school-leaving qualifications and subject combinations if you are applying for a Bachelor's, transcripts and degree classification if you are applying at Master's or doctoral level — together with language qualifications, relevant experience, and any gaps that could affect eligibility. We identify what needs resolving early: a language test, a missing document, a reference to secure, or a subject prerequisite you do not yet meet.
We also work through the direction itself: which subject areas your background genuinely supports, and where a change of field would need additional preparation.
You: share your academic documents and be candid about weak spots. Us: assess eligibility against typical requirements and flag what to resolve first. -
Shortlist development
We research programmes against their published entry requirements, content, language of instruction and deadlines, then discuss them with you and narrow down. Each shortlisted programme comes with a link to the university's own page so you can verify every detail yourself.
We separate what is published fact from what is our judgement. A balanced shortlist usually includes programmes at different levels of competitiveness — but we will never tell you your chances at a given university, because nobody credibly can.
You: review options, check the sources, decide what to apply to. Us: research, compile and explain the trade-offs. -
Application materials guidance
You draft your CV, personal statement or motivation letters, and any research proposal required. We give structured feedback: what is unclear, unsupported, missing, or not answering what the programme actually asks. You revise, and we can work through several rounds.
We do not write or rewrite your documents. The work must be yours — both because universities treat submitted work that is not your own as grounds for rejection, and because a letter written by someone else reads like one.
You: write every draft and every revision. Us: review, question and advise — never author. -
Submission planning
A working schedule of every deadline, document, reference and portal requirement across your shortlist, sequenced so nothing collides. Where a country uses a central admissions service, we explain how it works and what it requires of you.
You submit your own applications. We can walk through a portal with you and check that you have everything ready, but the account, the submission and the declarations on it are yours.
You: submit the applications and make the declarations. Us: build the schedule and check for gaps before you submit. -
Post-submission support
After submission there is usually waiting, occasionally an interview, and eventually decisions to interpret. We help you prepare for interviews where programmes hold them, work through offer conditions, and think through a choice between offers.
If the outcome is not what you hoped, we help you understand what the options are — a later cycle, a different set of programmes, or strengthening the profile first.
You: respond to universities and make the final decisions. Us: prepare you, explain conditions, and think it through with you.
What no stage of this process includes
These limits apply throughout, and they are not negotiable:
- Any guarantee, prediction or estimate of admission chances
- Writing, rewriting or editing text into your application documents
- Submitting applications or holding your portal login details
- Contacting universities as your representative or agent
- Immigration, visa or residence advice
- Legal, financial or tax advice
